Men i need your opinion, why is he being distant after a very good date, and cancelling seeing me again?

i know you want a male opinion but this has happened to me before MANY times. Even though the date went perfect in your eyes.. doesnt mean he felt the same way about it. He could have just been a nice guy and was kind to you on the date but in reality he just didnt feel a connection.. This would be most likely true especially if he ignores your calls/texts. It just wasn't meant to be and remember everything happens for a reason.
