Wisdom teeth-BLOOD CLOT CAME OUT ??? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!?

i got my wisdom teeth out 10 days ago and today i was swishing my mouth with water and all of a sudden blook starting coming from the extration site...i think my blood clot came out? how do form a new one
