Is this disgusting or is it just me that thinks so?

I was at the dentist the other day getting my teeth cleaned- when the hygienist told me to swish and spit (yuck) I noticed that the spit stayed in the "tiny toilet ' thingy..it did not go down. I inquired and was told by the hygienist that they were waiting for a plumber for over two weeks and so things are backed up...she proceeded to use the dental suction machine hose thing to suck up the spit etc. Needless to say I am not going back there..who can I complain to?????..it was so disgusting!!!!
