Driver license helpp me!?

Okay I live in Utah and im 20 ill be 21 Sept,9th. March I got in trouble for drinking and the judge said I was going to lose my drivers license for a year, I was shocked because I wasn't even thinking about driving drunk its just one of the consequences, well its impossible for me to find a job car less, but if I do get a job is there any chance I can beg the judge to let me use my car for work only!??? like idk how they expect me to do anything without a car!?
